Scott Stiegler is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic growth initiatives. As Chief Financial Officer of Norlee Group (NLG), he leads the company’s financial strategy and oversees all aspects of finance, including treasury, tax, accounting, job cost management, capital planning, and financial reporting.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, Scott plays an integral role in NLG’s enterprise growth strategy, helping guide acquisition evaluation, transaction execution, integration planning, and capital deployment across the organization’s portfolio of businesses. His expertise in financial analysis, operational performance, and value creation helps position NLG for sustainable growth and long-term success.
Prior to joining NLG, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer of LoanStar Technologies and spent more than a decade at FIS, where he led over $50 billion in acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions. His background also includes investment banking roles with Stephens Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, as well as early-career experience in audit with Arthur Andersen.
Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Mark Gravelle serves as President of Norlee Group (NLG), where he leads divisional operations, safety, procurement, and enterprise-wide performance initiatives across the organization. With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including over two decades of leadership at Regency Electric, Mark brings extensive operational expertise and a proven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and organizational excellence.
Since joining NLG through the Regency acquisition, Mark has played a pivotal role in integrating businesses, aligning operational strategies, and fostering collaboration across the company’s portfolio. He works closely with executive leadership and business unit leaders to strengthen operational performance, enhance safety and quality standards, and support scalable growth throughout the organization.

Having previously served as President of NLG and as a long-time leader of Regency Electric, Darrell brings a unique combination of operational expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-driven leadership. He works closely with business unit leaders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and align sales and operational strategies to drive sustainable performance.

Her deep understanding of the construction industry enables her to anticipate challenges, mitigate risk, and develop practical solutions that support operational and business objectives.
