Wally is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Norlee Group (NLG), where he leads the company’s vision, growth strategy, and long-term value creation initiatives. With decades of experience across specialty contracting, engineering, and construction services, Wally has held leadership roles spanning operations, business development, strategic planning, acquisitions, and executive management. In 2010, Wally acquired his first company, RBI, and began his tenure as President and CEO. Under his leadership, the organization achieved significant growth through a disciplined focus on customer relationships, operational performance, and strategic investment. Building on that success, Wally founded Norlee Group in 2021 with a vision to create a premier platform of specialty electrical, mechanical, technology contracting, and engineering companies serving owners, developers, architects, general contractors, and industrial clients across the Southeast and beyond.
Today, Wally leads NLG’s enterprise growth strategy, overseeing acquisitions, integration, capital deployment, leadership development, and organizational alignment across the company’s portfolio of businesses. Melinda Caragan, CAO
Melinda Caragan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and enterprise operations. As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Norlee Group (NLG), she leads the functions that support the company’s growth and operational excellence, including Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications, and Fleet & Facilities.

His background also includes investment banking roles with Stephens Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, as well as early-career experience in audit with Arthur Andersen.

Bryan Bradshaw, Vice President of Estimating

With decades of experience across specialty contracting, engineering, and construction services, Wally has held leadership roles spanning operations, business development, strategic planning, acquisitions, and executive management. In 2010, Wally acquired his first company, RBI, and began his tenure as President and CEO.
