As Division Vice President of Healthcare & Commercial, Robert provides strategic direction and operational oversight, driving project execution, team development, and growth across the division.
Joe has over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, combining deep technical knowledge with hands-on leadership. As a licensed professional engineer and certified mechanical contractor, he partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams from initial design through final construction. Shawn brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the building trades industry to his role as Special Projects Division VP. With a strong background in electrical services, multi-trade operations, and strategic growth, he has held executive positions with organizations such as Dexterra, PGC, and Robertson Bright Inc. Shawn is known for his hands-on leadership style, operational expertise, and ability to elevate performance through team development and streamlined processes. With over 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry and honoree of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2024 Fast 50 Award, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise particularly in commercial and multi-family projects. His career began in the field as a helper before advancing through the NJATC/IBEW Apprenticeship Program, where he laid the foundation for a strong technical and leadership track record. After more than a decade of fieldwork, Lee transitioned into estimating and project management roles, where he continued to hone his skills and expand his impact. Today, as the Multi-Family Division VP, he exemplifies how teamwork, determination, and grit drive success. His attention to detail, long-standing client and team relationships, and relentless work ethic have been instrumental in the company’s continued growth.
