In 2010, Wally acquired his first company, RBI and began his tenure as President & CEO. In 2021 Wally founded Norlee Group (NLG). NLG strives to provide best-in-class specialty electrical, mechanical, technology contracting, and engineering service solutions to owners, developers, architects and general contractors. Wally has extensive expertise in long-term business planning, new business development, private acquisitions, key account management, operational management and financial oversight.
Scott Stiegler is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic capital planning. As Chief Financial Officer of Norlee Group (NLG), he leads all financial functions, including treasury, tax, accounting, job cost management, and long-term financial strategy. Before joining NLG, Scott served as CFO of LoanStar Technologies and spent over a decade at FIS leading more than $50 billion in acquisitions and investments. His background also includes investment banking roles at Stephens Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, as well as early experience in audit with Arthur Andersen. Scott holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
Darrell Crochet brings over 40 years of leadership in electrical construction and services to his role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Norlee Group. Formerly President of NLG and long-time leader of Regency Electric, Darrell now oversees revenue strategy, pre-construction, estimating, and business development, while advising on market growth and strategic acquisitions. Known for his people-first leadership and operational expertise, Darrell has played a key role in shaping NLG’s client partnerships and performance-driven culture. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence continue to be vital to the company’s long-term success.
Melinda Caragan is an accomplished executive with expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and enterprise operations. As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Norlee Group, she oversees Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Marketing & Communications, and Fleet & Facilities, ensuring NLG’s internal infrastructure scales effectively to support growth. Since joining NLG, Melinda has led the buildout of a strong HR foundation and played a key role in aligning people, processes, and culture. She previously held senior leadership roles at TigerConnect and Critical Alert and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from Columbia Southern University.
