Robert Murray

Robert Murray serves as Division Vice President of Healthcare & Commercial for Norlee Group (NLG), where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for one of the organization’s largest and most diverse market sectors. With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, Robert has built a reputation for delivering complex projects, developing high-performing teams, and fostering long-term client relationships.

After completing the NJATC Apprenticeship Program, Robert advanced through progressively responsible leadership roles, gaining extensive expertise in project management, healthcare construction, MEP systems, BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and power distribution. Throughout his career, he has successfully led major capital projects across Florida and Georgia within the healthcare, industrial, and commercial markets.

As a member of NLG’s divisional leadership team, Robert plays a key role in driving operational excellence, business development, and strategic growth. He is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to identify opportunities to expand client relationships across multiple service offerings. Working closely with fellow divisional leaders, Robert helps advance NLG’s cross-selling strategy by connecting clients with the full breadth of the organization’s capabilities, creating additional value for customers while driving enterprise growth.
