Rebecca Ross

Rebecca is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in construction law, risk management, regulatory compliance, and complex dispute resolution. As General Counsel for Norlee Group (NLG), she provides strategic legal guidance across the organization, helping protect the company’s interests while supporting its growth and long-term value creation initiatives.

With more than a decade of experience representing contractors and construction-related businesses, Rebecca has successfully led high-stakes litigation, contract negotiations, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory matters, securing significant settlements and favorable outcomes for her clients. Her deep understanding of the construction industry enables her to anticipate challenges, mitigate risk, and develop practical solutions that support operational and business objectives.

As a key member of NLG’s senior leadership team, Rebecca plays an important role in acquisition due diligence, transaction support, integration planning, contract strategy, and corporate governance. She works closely with business unit leaders and executive management to navigate complex legal matters while ensuring the organization remains positioned for sustainable growth.

Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Resources and Environmental Law Studies from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida.
