Muqaddas is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology, cybersecurity, network engineering, and enterprise infrastructure. As Vice President of Information Technology for Norlee Group (NLG), he leads the company’s technology strategy, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation efforts, ensuring the organization’s systems and platforms effectively support long-term growth.

Leveraging a strong background in telecommunications, financial services, and construction, Muqaddas brings deep expertise gained through leadership roles with Shaw Direct, CIBC, and RBI. He oversees NLG’s technology architecture, cloud strategy, cybersecurity framework, and enterprise systems, driving innovation while maintaining the highest standards of security, reliability, and operational performance.

As a key member of NLG’s Senior Leadership Team, Muqaddas plays a critical role in acquisition due diligence, technology assessments, and post-acquisition integration planning. He works closely with executive leadership to evaluate technology environments, identify integration opportunities, mitigate risk, and establish scalable platforms that support operational alignment across the organization’s portfolio of businesses.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Brock University, along with numerous networking and cybersecurity certifications including CISSP, Muqaddas is recognized for his ability to align technology strategy with business objectives. His leadership helps strengthen NLG’s operational capabilities, accelerate integration efforts, and position the organization for continued growth and value creation.
