Mark Gravelle

Mark Gravelle serves as President of Norlee Group, overseeing all divisional operations, safety, and purchasing functions. With over 35 years in the construction industry including more than two decades at Regency Electric, Mark brings deep operational expertise and leadership to his role. Since joining NLG through the Regency acquisition, Mark has led with a focus on performance, integration, and team collaboration. His background in electrical engineering, combined with extensive field and executive experience, makes him a key driver of operational excellence and enterprise growth across NLG.
