Lee Baker

As Senior Vice President at Norlee Group, Lee oversees the Multi-Family and Underground divisions, as well as Hospitality, Specialty Projects & Service, and Safety. With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, Lee brings a deep understanding of operations, project execution, and team leadership. He began his career in the field, advancing through the NJATC/IBEW Apprenticeship Program before transitioning into estimating and project management roles. Known for his attention to detail, strong client and team relationships, and results-driven approach, Lee has played a key role in NLGs continued growth. He was also instrumental in leading his teams through the company’s transition to One Team, One Vision, One Company, helping reinforce a unified culture across the organization.
