Lauren is an accomplished human resources professional with more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and people operations. She has a proven track record of building scalable HR programs, strengthening workplace culture, and implementing processes that support organizational growth and employee success.

As Director of Human Resources for Norlee Group (NLG), Lauren leads the day-to-day HR function, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives. She partners closely with executive leadership and divisional leaders to ensure people strategies align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

Lauren plays an important role in NLG’s acquisition integration efforts, helping onboard newly acquired companies into the organization’s HR systems, processes, and culture. Through effective communication, employee support, and change management, she helps create a seamless transition experience for employees while reinforcing NLG’s values and people-first culture.
