Chancey Padgett

Chancey Padgett serves as Vice President of Service for Norlee Group (NLG), where he provides leadership and strategic oversight for the organization’s Service operations. With more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, Chancey brings extensive expertise in electrical service, operations, project management, customer relationships, and team leadership.

Beginning his career as an electrical apprentice, Chancey advanced through project management and leadership roles, developing hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of electrical construction and service. Throughout his career, he has led work ranging from small service projects to multimillion-dollar electrical projects, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both field execution and operational leadership.

Prior to his current role, Chancey served as President of Vintage Electric, where he helped lead the company’s operations, teams, and continued growth.

As Vice President of Service, Chancey is focused on delivering exceptional service while strengthening operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and building lasting customer relationships.
