Norlee Group Welcomes K9 Norlee to the K9s For Warriors Program
A future Service Dog. A future Warrior. A lifelong partnership built on purpose.
Norlee Group (NLG) is proud to introduce K9 Norlee, the Labrador Retriever we are sponsoring through K9s For Warriors as he begins his journey toward becoming a life-changing Service Dog for a Veteran in need.
Named after Norlee Group, Norlee recently entered the organization’s Service Dog training program and is already hard at work preparing for the important role ahead. Every day, he is building the skills needed to support his future Warrior by training in real-world environments, learning advanced obedience, developing confidence, and mastering the public access skills that will one day help restore independence and improve the quality of life for the Veteran he is destined to serve. If all goes according to plan, Norlee is expected to be paired with a local Veteran as early as October 2026.
Founded in 2011, K9s For Warriors is the nation’s leading provider of Service Dogs for Veterans living with invisible wounds of war, including PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma. By rescuing dogs from shelters and training them to become highly skilled Service Dogs, the organization creates life-changing partnerships that provide Veterans with renewed confidence, independence, and hope while giving deserving rescue dogs a second chance at life.

Through our partnership with K9s For Warriors, we’ll have the privilege of following Norlee’s journey from training to graduation and, once he’s paired with his Warrior, spending time building a relationship with both the Veteran and Norlee. We are excited to welcome them as an extension of the Norlee family and to celebrate the incredible impact this partnership will have.
Our commitment doesn’t end there. If Norlee’s Warrior is ever looking for a career opportunity, the door at Norlee Group will always be open. We would be honored to welcome them to our team, supporting their transition beyond military service while investing in their long-term success.
Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing regular “Pup-dates” as Norlee progresses through training, giving our employees, customers, and community the opportunity to follow his journey every step of the way from his first day of training to the moment he is officially paired with the Veteran whose life he will help change.
