Norlee Group (NLG) is pleased to announce the sale of Pacific Power & Systems (PPS) to AGD Consulting & Development LLC (AGD). The transaction officially closed on September 30, 2024.

Bill Breyton, CEO of AGD has served as NLG’s President for the past 20 months playing a valuable role in the implementation of our business strategy.

PPS, based in Fairfield, CA is a highly regarded electrical and specialty services contractor who has focused for more than three decades on public works, industrial, institutional, renewable energy, and lease-leaseback projects in California.

Norlee Group (NLG) has dramatically evolved since its conception, growing from a single location to a full-service leader in the industry. Each company in our portfolio has a unique skillset and client base within the electrical, mechanical, technology, and engineering segments which allows us the ability to cross-sell our services while continuing to strengthen the relationships they trust. NLG is well positioned for continued growth with continued plans to expand both organically and through strategic acquisitions that encompass our mission to maximize our ability to serve our clients by broadening the company’s capabilities and geographical servicing base.
