Norlee Group Announces Strategic Executive Leadership Appointments to Support Continued Growth and Expansion

Norlee Group (NLG), a leader in full‑service MEP and Fire Protection design engineering and comprehensive installation across electrical, mechanical, technology and underground infrastructure, announced a series of strategic executive leadership appointments effective February 2, 2026. These changes strengthen NLG’s leadership structure as the company continues its trajectory of growth, innovation, and service excellence.

Melinda Caragan Appointed Chief Administrative Officer
The expansion of Melinda Caragan’s role from Chief People Officer to Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This updated role reflects Melinda’s expanded responsibilities across NLG’s administrative and enterprise support functions, including Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications, and Fleet & Facilities. Melinda has been instrumental in shaping NLG’s culture, talent strategy, and organizational development efforts. In her expanded capacity, she will ensure that NLG’s internal infrastructure scales effectively in support of the company’s growth.

Darrell Crochet Named Chief Revenue Officer
Darrell Crochet transitions from President to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In his new role, Darrell will focus on strategic revenue growth, market development, and expanding key client relationships, leveraging more than 40 years of industry experience. He will lead Preconstruction & Estimating, Business Development, strategic market positioning initiatives, and will serve as a key advisor to the CEO as NLG pursues continued growth.

Mark Gravelle Promoted to President
NLG is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Gravelle to President. In this expanded role, Mark will oversee all divisional operations and report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Wally Budgell. Mark joined NLG through the acquisition of Regency Electric, where he served as Executive Vice President. Most recently, as Vice President of Operations ast NLG, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in performance management, operational integration, and team collaboration. As President, Mark will oversee all NLG’s operating divisions as well as Safety and the Purchasing function, further strengthening enterprise alignment and operational excellence.

Organizational Growth and Future Leadership Additions
As part of its long‑term growth strategy, NLG will add several key leadership roles by the end of April 2026, including:

• HR Director

• Vice President of Business Development

• Purchasing Director

• IT Director

These roles are designed to strengthen leadership depth and support accelerated growth across functions.
