Mark Gravelle serves as President of Norlee Group (NLG), where he leads divisional operations, safety, procurement, and enterprise-wide performance initiatives across the organization. With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including over two decades of leadership at Regency Electric, Mark brings extensive operational expertise and a proven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and organizational excellence.

Since joining NLG through the Regency acquisition, Mark has played a pivotal role in integrating businesses, aligning operational strategies, and fostering collaboration across the company’s portfolio. He works closely with executive leadership and business unit leaders to strengthen operational performance, enhance safety and quality standards, and support scalable growth throughout the organization.

As a key member of NLG’s executive leadership team, Mark helps drive the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring acquisitions are successfully integrated and operational best practices are leveraged across the enterprise.
