Lee Baker

Lee serves as Senior Vice President of Norlee Group (NLG), where he provides leadership and strategic oversight for the Multi-Family, Underground, Hospitality, Specialty Projects & Service, and Safety divisions. With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, Lee brings extensive expertise in operations, project execution, business development, and team leadership.

Beginning his career in the field through the NJATC/IBEW Apprenticeship Program, Lee advanced through estimating, project management, and operational leadership roles, developing a comprehensive understanding of the industry from the ground up. His hands-on experience, combined with a strong operational mindset, enables him to successfully lead diverse teams while delivering exceptional results for clients across multiple market sectors.

Lee plays a key role in driving operational performance, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring consistency in execution across the divisions under his leadership. He is recognized for building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lee was also instrumental in leading his teams through NLG’s transition to One Team, One Vision, One Company, helping strengthen organizational alignment and reinforce a unified culture across the enterprise. His leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to contribute to NLG’s growth and long-term success.
