Darrell Crochet is a highly respected industry leader with more than 40 years of experience in electrical construction, specialty contracting, and business operations. As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Norlee Group (NLG), he leads the company’s revenue growth strategy, overseeing business development, pre-construction, estimating, client engagement, and strategic market expansion initiatives across the organization.

Having previously served as President of NLG and as a long-time leader of Regency Electric, Darrell brings a unique combination of operational expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-driven leadership. He works closely with business unit leaders to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and align sales and operational strategies to drive sustainable performance.
