Robert is an experienced operations leader with extensive expertise in fleet management, facilities oversight, asset lifecycle planning, and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on safety, cost optimization, and scalability, he plays a critical role in supporting the infrastructure and resources that enable Norlee Group’s business units to operate successfully and sustainably.

As Fleet & Facilities Manager for Norlee Group (NLG), Robert partners closely with business unit leadership to develop and implement fleet, facilities, and safety strategies that align with organizational goals. He oversees the full lifecycle management of fleet assets, from acquisition and deployment to maintenance and disposition, ensuring the right equipment is in place to support operational demands while maximizing asset performance and minimizing total cost of ownership.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, Robert plays a key role in supporting NLG’s acquisition and integration efforts. He works across newly acquired businesses to assess fleet and facility operations, identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency, and facilitate the seamless integration of assets, processes, and safety programs into the broader organization. His ability to align operational infrastructure with strategic growth initiatives helps strengthen organizational performance, accelerate integration, and support long-term value creation across the enterprise.
