Tim Greble

Tim serves as Director of Integration for Norlee Group (NLG), where he leads the operational integration of newly acquired companies into the organization, guiding each acquisition from due diligence through full integration. With more than 15 years of experience leading service organizations within private equity-backed environments, Tim brings extensive expertise in operations, organizational transformation, process improvement, and team leadership.

Throughout his career, Tim has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for large, multi-site field operations and geographically dispersed teams. His experience includes leading operational turnarounds, standardizing processes, and implementing strategies that improve performance, efficiency, and team effectiveness.

At NLG, Tim develops and executes integration plans that bring teams, systems, policies, and operational processes together while maintaining business continuity and preserving the people, relationships, and strengths that made each acquired company successful. He works closely with executive leadership, acquired company leaders, and teams across Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Safety, and Marketing to create a thoughtful and consistent integration experience.

Known for his candid communication, disciplined execution, and ability to build high-performing teams, Tim plays an important role in strengthening alignment across NLG and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University.
