With more than 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, Michael brings extensive expertise in business development, preconstruction, and operations to his role as Division Vice President of Hospitality for Norlee Group. He provides leadership and strategic oversight for the company’s growing hospitality market, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Michael began his career in the residential field wiring homes before expanding into commercial, industrial, and medium-voltage installations. An opportunity to help a small electrical contractor grow introduced him to estimating, operations, and management, ultimately leading to executive leadership roles. His hands-on experience and value-driven approach have helped him build long-standing relationships with owners and general contractors throughout his career.

Known for his relationship-focused leadership style, Michael understands the evolving needs of hospitality clients and how to position Norlee Group to best serve them. Today, he leads the Hospitality division through an exciting period of growth while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration, execution, and the trusted partnerships that drive long-term success.
