Norlee Group (NLG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vintage Electric, Inc., a respected electrical contractor based in Gainesville, Florida. The transaction was finalized on August 6, 2026. This partnership marks another step in NLG’s continued growth across the Southeast, strengthening its presence in North Central Florida and expanding its ability to serve clients with integrated, full-service solutions.

Founded in 2004, Vintage Electric has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, responsiveness, and customer-focused service. Under the leadership of President Chancey Padgett, the company has become a trusted electrical contractor serving commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and institutional clients throughout the region.

Effective immediately, Vintage Electric will begin operating under the Norlee Group name and brand, uniting its team with NLG’s broader platform of services. While the company name is changing, the experienced team, customer relationships, and commitment to quality that have defined Vintage Electric will remain unchanged. Chancey Padgett will continue in a leadership role with NLG as Vice President of Service, leading the Service Division across the entire Norlee Group platform and supporting its continued growth. His appointment reflects NLG’s confidence in his leadership and ensures continuity for the customers and employees who have made Vintage Electric successful.

The integration provides customers with access to NLG’s expanded resources, technical expertise, and comprehensive portfolio of electrical, mechanical, technology, MEP design engineering, and underground infrastructure services.
