Melvin Jackson

Melvin Jackson serves as Vice President of Underground for Norlee Group (NLG). With more than 20 years of experience in utility infrastructure, he brings extensive expertise in underground electrical systems, telecommunications, heavy civil construction, and operational leadership.

Throughout his career, Melvin has led the planning, engineering, construction, and delivery of complex underground infrastructure projects across both the public and private sectors. His experience spans design-build delivery, utility coordination, program and construction management, and operational leadership for electrical distribution, telecommunications, and heavy civil infrastructure. Having held leadership roles with both contractors and Fortune 100 organizations, he offers a well-rounded perspective that bridges strategic planning and field execution.

As Vice President of Underground, Melvin leads Norlee Group’s Underground Division, overseeing operations, project execution, and strategic growth while working closely with customers, industry partners, and internal teams. His leadership is focused on delivering safe, high-quality infrastructure solutions while fostering collaboration, operational excellence, and long-term customer relationships.

Melvin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
