Brad Weger

Brad brings over 20 years of safety and risk management experience in the construction and mechanical engineering industries. A Board-Certified Safety Professional (CSP), he has led successful global programs that have reduced losses, improved EMR rates, and strengthened safety cultures across complex operations. As Director of Safety at Norlee Group, Brad oversees company-wide safety strategy and compliance, ensuring the protection of people, projects, and assets. He holds an MBA from Baker University and a Master’s in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Brad also serves as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve Military Police Corps.
