Brad Weger
Brad is a highly accomplished safety and risk management leader with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing world-class safety programs across the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. As Director of Safety for Norlee Group (NLG), he leads the organization’s enterprise-wide safety strategy, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all business units.
A Board-Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Brad is responsible for establishing and maintaining NLG’s safety standards, ensuring consistency in safety performance, training, compliance, and risk management throughout the organization. He works closely with business unit leaders, field teams, and executive leadership to strengthen safety cultures, improve operational performance, and protect the company’s most valuable asset—its people.
As a key contributor to NLG’s acquisition integration efforts, Brad plays an instrumental role in evaluating, onboarding, and aligning newly acquired companies to the organization’s safety framework. Through comprehensive training, leadership development, and implementation of best practices, he helps elevate safety performance across the enterprise while creating a unified culture centered on employee well-being, accountability, and excellence.
Throughout his career, Brad has successfully led large-scale safety initiatives that have reduced losses, improved EMR performance, and strengthened safety outcomes across complex operations worldwide. He holds an MBA from Baker University and a Master of Science in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brad proudly serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserve Military Police Corps.
