Bryan Bradshaw

Bryan is a highly respected construction professional with more than 35 years of experience in electrical construction, estimating, project management, and field operations. As Vice President of Estimating for Norlee Group (NLG), he provides leadership and strategic oversight for the company’s estimating function, supporting all divisions, market sectors, and service lines across the organization.

Beginning his career as a licensed Journeyman Electrician and advancing through field leadership, project management, and estimating roles, Bryan brings a comprehensive understanding of construction from concept through execution. His hands-on industry experience enables him to evaluate opportunities with both operational insight and financial discipline, helping position projects for long-term success.

Bryan leads a team of estimators across the NLG platform, driving consistency, accuracy, and collaboration throughout the preconstruction process. Working closely with divisional leaders, operations teams, and business development professionals, he helps identify strategic opportunities, manage risk, and support profitable growth across the organization.
