As Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Norlee Group (NLG), Mario leads the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics functions. He works closely with executive leadership and divisional leaders to deliver timely, actionable insights that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic planning.

Mario plays a critical role in NLG’s acquisition and integration efforts, supporting financial due diligence, transaction planning, post-acquisition reporting, and performance measurement across the enterprise.
