His career has spanned the Southeast, where he has managed complex, high-profile projects including the Miami Performing Arts Center and the FedEx World Headquarters. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He began his career as an estimator and quickly progressed into management roles, consistently taking on greater responsibility. His extensive field knowledge, strategic oversight, and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted leader within the Regency team.

Joe Stolz

Joe has over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry, combining deep technical knowledge with hands-on leadership. As a licensed professional engineer and certified mechanical contractor, he partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams from initial design through final construction. His work spans a wide range of commercial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and mix-use projects, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes through strategic collaboration and a commitment to excellence.

Ty Gray

Ty brings over 35 years of leadership in low voltage and technology infrastructure, including 25 years specializing in systems integration across commercial, healthcare, education, and entertainment sectors. A U.S. Army veteran and BICSI RCDD-certified professional, Ty leads a seasoned team delivering turnkey solutions in BMS, fire alarm, structured cabling, and security systems. Known for driving innovation, operational excellence, and business growth, his career spans executive roles across the Southwest where he built technology divisions and secured multi-million-dollar contracts.

Scott Sikes

Scott brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with the past decade focused on electrical and low voltage systems. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he has deep expertise in scheduling, sequencing, and optimizing project workflows to maximize efficiency without compromising quality. Known for his ability to lead large operational teams, Scott has a proven track record of controlling risk, driving process improvements, and delivering strong financial outcomes across complex projects.

Shawn Bussey

Shawn brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the building trades industry to his role as Division Vice President of AEC Electrical Contractors. With a strong background in electrical services, multi-trade operations, and strategic growth, he has held executive roles at companies such as Dexterra, PGC, and Robertson Bright Inc. Shawn is known for his hands-on leadership style, operational expertise, and ability to drive performance through team development and streamlined processes. His focus remains on delivering excellence, building strong teams, and supporting the continued growth and success of AEC.

Lee Baker

With over 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry and honoree of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2024 Fast 50 Award, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise particularly in commercial and multi-family projects. His career began in the field as a helper before advancing through the NJATC/IBEW Apprenticeship Program, where he laid the foundation for a strong technical and leadership track record. After more than a decade of fieldwork, Lee transitioned into estimating and project management roles, where he continued to hone his skills and expand his impact. Today, as Adkins Electric Division Vice President, Lee is a prime example of how teamwork, determination, and grit lead to success. His attention to detail, deep-rooted client and team relationships, and relentless drive have played a pivotal role in the company’s growth.
