Melinda Caragan

Melinda Caragan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and enterprise operations. As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Norlee Group (NLG), she leads the functions that support the company’s growth and operational excellence, including Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications, and Fleet & Facilities.

Since joining NLG, Melinda has played a pivotal role in building the organizational infrastructure necessary to support a rapidly growing enterprise. She has led the development of scalable people strategies, strengthened operational processes, and helped align culture, talent, and leadership across the organization.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, Melinda supports NLG’s acquisition and integration initiatives, helping ensure newly acquired companies are successfully aligned with the organization’s people, systems, and operational standards. Her ability to connect strategy, culture, and execution helps accelerate integration, foster organizational cohesion, and support long-term value creation across the enterprise.

Prior to joining NLG, Melinda held senior leadership positions with TigerConnect and Critical Alert. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Columbia Southern University.
