Orlando, FL – The Norlee Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Millennium Electric, a leading electrical contracting company throughout central Florida.
Millennium Electric is a Florida corporation formed in 1998. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, it is considered one of the premier central Florida electrical contractors engaging in all phases of the electrical contracting marketplace, with a focus on commercial construction and renovation, industrial installations, and service. Millennium Electric has a highly skilled team and many well-established clients throughout Florida.
The Norlee Group also owns Pacific Power & Systems, Inc., located in Fairfield, California.
Millennium Electric will operate as a subsidiary of Norlee Investments LLC. This mutually beneficial relationship will increase the level of services that Millennium Electric and Pacific Power & Systems will provide to their existing clients, as well as provide synergies allowing further expansion of services by utilizing their newly combined expertise in Design Build and Pre-Engineered Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Electrical Projects, Building Modernization, Low Voltage Systems, Emergency Power Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy.
The Norlee Group, with offices located in Jacksonville, Florida, will continue to operate Millennium Electric from its existing offices located at 4340 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida.
Earl Hillerman, former President of Millennium Electric, will remain with the firm and lead the Millennium team as Regional Vice-President. The closing date of the transaction is July 16, 2021.
